Kira the assistant manager and the only one who is there and assisting tenants is absolutely amazing at her job . She makes sure all the issues are handled and taken care of while you’re away. All with a smile on her face. Really makes you feel at home, as it should be when renting a space. She definitely deserves a raise!

I was in contact with them for a unit until all communication ended, no responses. Turned out that unit changed management. Decided to apply for a different property, communication picked back up, I was told review of the application takes about 1 day, and again, all communication ended, no responses to any of my messages. Application shows “in review” for over a week now. Meanwhile the rent of the unit I applied to went up in price.

I moved here from Louisiana last month in the 8th, and so far, no problems at all, the landlord Mr. Kyle is really nice and I think im going to like living in colorado! 👍🏾 👍🏾

I've had a fantastic experience with Urban Edge Apartments, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by Kyle, the property manager. Kyle has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. Any maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and he always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. The community is well-maintained, and Kyle’s dedication to creating a positive living environment is truly commendable. Here’s the tea. I lived here for a year. Is it a rough area? Sometimes. Do the neighbors fight? At almost every apartment complex I’ve lived at. There are pros and cons to absolutely everywhere. There are a lot of things to be fixed and worked on. That being said, They have a new amazing on site property manager. Her name is Jessica and she actually cares about this place and the people that live here. Mail is now easily accessible. Every resident has their own door code. There is a new laundry room with a code. A lot of the shady activity in the back is gone. Sometimes homeless people loiter or make themselves at home but the police and property management have been amazing at handling the issues promptly.
