The Mondrian

Could not recommend living at the Mondrian more!! We lived here in 2025 and had to move, or we would’ve renewed in a heartbeat. Everyone is so kind and eager to help - from the front desk team to Eroll (live in maintenance, incredibly knowledgeable), and Adela (property manager, very responsive and cares about residents). The building itself is quiet and well maintained, and our unit was clean when we moved in. We really appreciated the package service, bike room, and using the rooftop deck in the summer. Day to day living is also easy - trash rooms, rent portal, outgoing package services. Bonus points for a generous renewal offer, which (at the time) offered month to month or an annual rate.

My wife and I lived in a one bedroom apartment at the Mondrian for two years and really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent, close to several grocery stores, multiple metro stations, and 14th Street. Maintenance is in house, so they are very quick to resolve any reported issues. Would recommend.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Mondrian in Logan Circle for the last 2 years. The location is unbeatable—close to restaurants, shops, and walking distance from most things i need last minute—and the building is well-kept with great amenities like the gym on the top floor. Huge shoutout to Eroll and Adela from management—they’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. They’ve made my experience here smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend The Mondrian if you want a great D.C. apartment with a team that truly looks after you!

I’ve lived here since 2021 and couldn’t be happier. Building Management (Adela and Eroll) are amazing—always responsive, friendly, and quick to resolve any issues. The location is perfect, and the amenities are consistently well-kept; the gym and rooftop are always clean and enjoyable. The reception/concierge team is also great with packages and daily support. The units themselves are spacious and well-sized for the rent. Overall, a wonderful place to live!

The Mondrian is a great place to live. Clean, quiet, and an incredible management team. Minor apartment services were fixed the same day they were requested, and working with the building manager is painless - everyone is extremely responsive and professional. Great location in DC. Can't recommend enough!
