The Monarch

This apartment building sucks so don't move in here!!! We left the apartment after 14 months and now they want to deduct $1,300 from our security deposit because of some wall holes (where we put our paintings and TV) and wall paint. $1,300??!!! We painted the apartment with beige/light gray as the original paint they used was way too cheap. $1,300 IS WAY TOO MUCH AND AGAIN, THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. There is no way they would need $1,300 for repainting and some wall holes!!!! THEY'RE THE WORST! SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS. This is how we left the apartment - we cleaned everything and even mopped the floors!

The space was clean, well-maintained, and filled with natural light, which made it feel warm and inviting right away. The layout is very functional, with spacious rooms and plenty of storage. I especially appreciated the modern finishes and updated appliances, which give the apartment a fresh, comfortable feel. I had the pleasure of viewing the apartment today with Tristen, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Tristen was attentive, expressive, and incredibly knowledgeable, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home from the moment I walked in. The building itself is beautiful, and the amenities truly stand out. The office atmosphere was welcoming, and every team member I encountered was kind and professional. Gratsiela from the Leasing Office was nothing short of amazing from the get go. Shortly after we submitted an online inquiry she called and scheduled a time to tour the building. When we arrived for our appointment she made us feel welcome and showed us why The Monarch is the right place to live. Gratsiela was also very thorough during the building tour on November 1st. She made sure no questions remained unanswered, and maintained constant communication during all stages of the application process. Building itself is nice and clean. Beautiful rooftop views of the city, nice gym and common areas. Street parking in the area is quite different, so having an attached parking garage is a huge bonus.
