The Monarch HALL Park

I’m writing this as a frustrated and exhausted mom who just wants peace in her own home. We chose this building because it was advertised as “luxury,” and for what we pay, we expected a safe, quiet place to raise our children. That has not been our experience. From the beginning, we’ve dealt with constant noise from the pool directly above us. It’s not occasional — it’s ongoing and disruptive. Management has personally come to our unit, heard it themselves, and even admitted the noise would be permanent now that the pool has been fully repaired. Yet they refuse to allow early termination because they claim it’s “not loud enough.” I have a 5-month-old and a 7-year-old whose sleep is constantly disrupted. Great place. I want to specifically highlight a couple people: Manny has helped me multiple times with maintenance requests, and every single time has gone far above and beyond what’s expected. He’s not only quick and efficient, but he genuinely cares about doing the job right. He takes the time to make sure everything is fully handled and doesn’t cut corners. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of professionalism, attention to detail, and positive attitude to their work. Our community is very fortunate to have him. I have enjoyed my time here at the Monarch. The building is the highest end of any of the luxury options in The Star and Legacy West. Rowan at the front desk is a great guy and I have become friends with him and many of the other residents. From the staff to the residents in the building these are great people to be around. I am moving back into a house or I would definitely be staying here. From the luxury building, great location, and friendly professional staff it is 5 stars. Best luxury option around!!

We rented in The Monarch and just moved to buy a house. Loved our time at The Monarch. First class amenities with the lounge, pool, gym, and hotel-like lobby. A highlight for us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From concierge and front desk to security and cleaning. Our dog also loved the dog park and long walks around the Hall park area.
