The Monarch Apartments

This building is nice for the moment. All else is a joke. Management puts notice after notice in your door, there’s dog poop all around the property, the snow removal is a joke. They don’t clear walkways or the parking lot until well after the storms,the halls smell of smoke and marijuana, the keys to access the building always need to be updated, there’s elevator never works, the laundry rooms don’t have enough equipment, the trash shutes are always full. I just know this building will be run down by this time next year

Monarch Apartment very comfortable, well-maintained community vibe that makes everyday living a pleasure. I personally highlight the friendly and responsive management and maintenance staff, who are quick to help and keep things running smoothly. The grounds are kept clean and inviting, and the apartments themselves feel bright and spacious.

I seriously can't thank Kathleen enough for all of her help!!! My children and I are so happy here :) Everything is new, laundry on every floor, trash chute on every floor plus they have a community room, gym, gaming room and a few others we have yet to check out and it seems they really care about the place and want people to be happy here. Definitely recommend!!!!

I live elsewhere but I was denied from this complex and they are well over the window of time in regard to returning my holding fee. They have made no means to contact me, I have reached out continuously including calls and emails. As of today’s date I still haven’t been reimbursed, let alone updated on where my reimbursement is. I have already emailed Darci that I will be going to the authorities with this matter because it is incredibly unprofessional.

I am blessed and fortunate to be able to have a place at The Monarch. Looking forward to this new endeavor. Thank to all the staff who answered questions through email and even gave updates. Communication was excellent the whole process
