The Monaco Villas Apartments

I can't recommend the Monaco Villas enough! I have lived here for two and a half years, and this is home! The management here is second to none. When I lost my job several months back I talked to them about what was going on and they worked with me every step of the way to make sure I wasn't homeless. I have the best, nicest neighbors. Maintenance here is great too. A few weeks ago I had a leaky faucet in one of my bathrooms, and they were here the next day to fix it, and it took them about 20 minutes. Every maintenance issue I have ever had has been fixed within a day or two at most. I've seen some older posts that claim the buildings are infested with roaches, but that hasn't been my experience at all. No bugs in my apartment! And, I love the fact that they keep the property

So I wish the the apartments match the brochures and online advertisement they don’t but what they do have going for them is Miss Tawanna. She goes above and beyond with in her means of what upper management approves. I can say any work order put in it is addressed same day. No the apartments are not 100% yet but she’s only been here a few months and I see improvements already and can’t wait for upper management to see what she is doing and plans to do and approve her to do it. THIS SUMMER WILL BE GREAT WITH HER IN OFFICE🤗

I love the staff here they are always so helpful and the apartment are nice size for the price the new management Mrs tawanna is amazing she really goes above and beyond for her residence. She really cares for them.i can't wait too see what she dose

Absolutely love the heart the managers especially ms Tijuana has. She just don’t know how much her words helped get me through the day ! Along with all her help! Grateful to be a resident here!

After three years of living here, I can honestly say this complex has been a huge disappointment. They constantly replace workers, so nobody knows what they’re doing, and nothing ever gets fixed properly. Management loves to raise the rent, yet they never show any urgency when it comes to repairs or preventing the apartments from falling apart. The communication is nonexistent, and the management team is completely unorganized. I’m disgusted at how this place is run—think twice before moving here. At this rate, I wouldn’t be surprised if this complex eventually shuts down.
