The Moldenhauer group is the best around. We just closed on a house in Fayetteville with Tim, and the process was easy with no surprises or issues. Shawnda and the team made sure all inspections and information was scheduled and flowed well, and we are very happy with the service they provide. This is not the first time we have worked with the Moldenhauer group, and will not be the last.

Chase went above and beyond running around looking at a lot of houses. He never gave up with determination and drive with a smile and a friendly word of encouragement. He went out of his way to make sure I was in the right home. And he saw me thru all of the paperwork to make sure all the T's were crossed and the I's were dotted. Great experience with these guy's. Was stuck in a hard spot with 4 animals no where to go and short time to be there. They worked to get us what we were looking as we were having trouble finding it ourselves. And they did it with with such professionalism and ease that they made it seem so easy. Greatly recommended to anyone needing that extra something to get you where you want and need to be.
