The property manager is an amazing human being. She's kind, knowledgeable, funny, pretty much everything you want when looking for an apartment. I am strongly considering the location. The property itself is clean, nice to look at and affordable. I could not ask for more.

I just wanted to take the time out of my day to thank Sheena for helping me get approved for this apartment, even with my situation, she understood and still help me navigate to get approved. I appreciate all the help she has given me.I owe all my respect towards her and I wish we had more leasing agents like her thank you for giving me this opportunity for a second chance 🫶🏼

Honestly the apartment itself is pretty new and updated, but everything else SUCKS. The property itself is so ghetto. It doesn’t matter if it’s 1 am, 5 am. 1 pm, 8 pm or midnight. Everyday of the week someone is bumping their music so loud you can hear and feel it through the walls. There is no common courtesy here. The propert is littered with trash, cigarette butts everywhere. Homeless people constantly roaming, drug addicts. I was threatened by another resident, they were going to shoot me and the leasing manager really didn’t do anything expect give them a warning. This is the most ghetto place I have ever lived in my life. Please do yourself a favor. Take the time to find something else. Your sanity will be tested every single day. It is not worth it. For the price, it’s temping. My b

So far so good. Gabriella is the leasing manager. From start to finish it was a seamless experience. She will go above and beyond for you no matter what. I explained my situation and she was able to find what worked best for me. I’ve had terrible experiences before and she put all my reservations at ease. 10/10 for service

Ever watch a post apocalyptic movie, here you go! These photos are a few examples of what to expect. I barely lived here for a year and this is what I dealt with apart from screaming and the smell of smoke. I feel bad for the management and staff that have to constantly deal with this.
