Contractors beware! Non Payment! Update: 4 months later and still have not been paid. ---- Fading west does not pay their bills. Affordable housing on the backs of quality contractors is not a viable business plan. I have been seeking payment for initial install and repairs due to factory deficiencies for several months. Install invoice over a year past due, repairs from factory defect to get your certificate of occupancy over 90 days past due. I have emailed accounts payable and finance for months with out action.
