I would like to take a minute to share a couple of thoughts about Vandeel construction. We started our home building project about three years ago looking for a builder and decided to have Duke and Michele and Chris build our house. We could not have made a better choice. Coming from the Home building industry in Texas. I was probably not the easiest customer to build for, but I have to say this is the best house we’ve ever built. Their customer service is excellent. Their build quality is the best I’ve seen and attention to detail. I wish we had people like this in Texas to build for us. If you’re going to build a new home up here in Chaffee County or in the area I would highly recommend you have Duke and Michelle and Chris build it for you. Great people.

These folks completed our custom home in Buena Vista, July, 2023. Having lived in the home for eight months I can safely say that it’s a well constructed home that’s withstood some pretty severe weather with no issues at all. The interior finishing is executed very well and has also been trouble free. The only call back involved some casement window adjustments, and the subcontractor fixed that quickly. Seriously, that’s the extent of any issues. I found Duke’s input on numerous build decisions to be well grounded with local experience. His knowledge about site location, elevation, building materials, etc., turned out to be very helpful. Michell also played a valuable role in the construction.
