Since the reviews on Google seem to be from before Acora Asset Management took over, I want to leave an updated review. I have been here for almost a year and I love how clean, cozy, and quiet this is community is. The management company has been one of the more responsive ones I have dealt with in Phoenix, and I appreciate their prompt responses to maintenance requests and any other emails. Since this is a smaller complex, it feels like a nice little community with friendly neighbors. The price is also amazing. The only things I would change is for the studios to have central air conditioning instead of a box air conditioner unit, and dishwashers in unit. Despite that, I wouldn't change anything else.

Absolute terrible place to live. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. Rat infested and if you even try to bring attention to it with management your complaints fall on deaf ears. You can NEVER reach them by telephone and maintenance request are completely ignored. Wish I could negative stars.

This place is a dream castle-marvelous layout-remarkable accessories- right on historic Grand Avenue-15av- singles and university students Oasis- I could hardly believe my eyes-the place was so gorgeous and my friend girl is awe struck sight unseen except from the outside and what I expressed to her-washer/dryer in your apartment-WOW
