Manuel did a wonderful job helping me find a condo, he made sure it had all the things I wanted when searching for a home, he was really good at communicating whenever I had any questions and was on top of things after finding the perfect home. I wish the price would have been negotiated a bit more, since I was spending a lot more than my original budget, considering the small things that needed to be fixed after inspection, but I understand the seller had other offers as well and the unit had some brand new things, so I'm glad it was still able to be negotiated some. I really appreciate all his help, he did an overall great job!"
