We engaged Erin to sell our home of almost 40 years, a unique property with some challenges - the front half was 100 years old and the interiors had not been updated since the 1980s. The team helped us find and buy a great house for our family. They were on top of everything and we closed within a month! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone. From asking questions about pre-approval to the closing table, everything was communicated well. They also are well versed with VA loans, and helped us through the process. The team was also very flexible with going to see houses.
