Tyler and the Phelps realty group really took care of us in 2020! What a crazy year to start looking for a home as a first time home buyer... the summer market was overwhelming to say the least. We were so intimidated by the multiple offer situations, that we pretty much decided to quit looking and keep renting. However, Tyler emailed us a house in November that we just had to see.
