The Metropolitan Marlton

Location, location, location. The plus side of location is that this complex is absolutely fantastic for quick access to Route 70, 295 and the Turnpike. We are located in a nice neighborhood which makes for nice walking routes. The negative side of location is that they built a car wash, that is open 7 days a week, 50 yards from the back of my apartment. The noise is absolutely ridiculous!

We've been here for four months now, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and everything we need is just a stone’s throw away. It feels very safe, and the management and maintenance teams are amazing—always responsive and helpful.

We have been renters for a year now and have been pleased with all aspects! Melissa is amazing (efficient, personable, and a pleasure to interact with and always goes above and beyond to communicate with us and help us in any way she can) and Leonard in the maintenance of the complex is knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. When we moved in the apartment was immaculate. Whenever we have an issue (which is rare!) it is taken care of quickly! We love the grounds, the pool, the neighbors, everything!

Awesome location, close to everything. Maintenance is awesome! Maintenance lives on premises which helps in getting a quick response to any issues.The complex is well maintained, pool open every summer with a lifeguard on duty. Great neighborhood to live in.

Melissa has been such a huge part of my moving into The Metropolitan. From the beginning she was so helpful. She was and is always courteous, informative and just so kind and thoughtful. Anytime I needed maintenance done, Leonard was always there to complete it the same day. The Metropolitan has by far been the best place I have lived by far all because of Melissa and Leonard. Thank you both!!
