The Metropolitan Apartments

I had a great experience at The Metropolitan. The staff were all friendly and approachable, especially Britney. My dog loved the attention and treats. The location is super convenient downtown. You do hear the train, but it’s expected and didn’t bother me. I lived in a two bedroom with great views and later a very spacious studio. Overall, a solid place to live.

My 2 daughters have been living at The metropolitan for about 5 months now and they could not be more happy. The property is beautifully maintained and they feel so safe and welcome there. From the first visit, to move in and beyond, Britney and Ashley and all the staff have been amazing to work with. They are quick to respond to any questions or needs and really get to know and seem to care about the residents. I highly recommend this property and wish I could give it more stars!

The Metropolitan has been such a great place to live! There are so many amenities, and it is walking distance from a variety of restaurants, bars, shops etc. The location is perfect. Britney was an amazing help with the whole process and the whole property staff is amazing with any help that I ever need. Would highly recommend!!!

I recently moved into the Metropolitan and I love it so far. Britney has been so helpful and friendly throughout the entire leasing & move-in process... which can be a pretty stressful time. In my experience, most leasing agents tend to lose motivation to help you out after you sign the lease and pay the first month's rent. I was pleasantly surprised at how willing Britney was to help me get set up in my new apartment. For example, I came to leasing office with an issue I was having getting my AT&T internet set up on my 2nd day. Instead of just giving me a phone number to call, Brittney stopped what she was working on, locked her computer, and walked with me to my apartment to help me troubleshoot the issue! The Metropolitan is a wonderful place to live! Britney made the leasing process so easy and was incredibly helpful with getting everything set up for us. The location is perfect, and we couldn’t be happier here.
