I rent a property from these people & they include no security in their building. The doors remain unlocked, they don’t have any cameras, and they won’t allow me to have a camera. 3 people have wandered into my business off the street, that didn’t have appointments, and they told me to “lock my door”. Well, Someone broke into my business and they still haven’t answered a single email or allowed me to speak to anyone who could give me answers. These people are your typical scumlords

I’ve had nothing but incredibly disappointing experiences with property manager Ken Hoffman. He has consistently shown a lack of respect toward both myself and my employees, making communication and collaboration unnecessarily difficult. Additionally, addressing maintenance and repair issues in a timely and efficient manner has proven to be a major challenge. If you value professionalism and prompt service, I would strongly suggest considering other options.
