The Meadows - Rapid City

My GF and myself relocated from Albuquerque NM to Rapid City SD in July 2020 and moved into the Meadows. We just love living here. The staff are just amazing and go way above and beyond to assist you. The apartment is modern and very quiet. The location is outstanding being far enough from town to be quiet but only minutes from everything you need. We feel like we are living in a resort. The swimming pool and hot tub are wonderful and the exercise room is nice. They have regular events to get to know your neighbors which is fabulous. This is a great place to call home. It's not just apartment living but truly carefree lifestyle living. We highly recommend the Meadows.

I moved into The Meadows about 6 months ago and I am very happy with my new apartment (spacious, and a nice, large kitchen!). It's a pet friendly location; the staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great and take care of any issues quickly. I have lived in many apartments in my lifetime, but this one definitely feels like home to me.

These apartments are among the nicest in Rapid City. We have a one bedroom and it is spacious, has tons of storage and super amenities. The staff here is incredible. They are helpful, efficient and kind. The residents take pride and ownership in the place and everyone is so friendly. We felt at home the day we moved in. Thank you, Meadows staff!

We moved to Rapid City in April 2025 from North Carolina and after a few short months the Meadows has become our home and we truly enjoy living here. The amenities are great, swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room. If you're looking for an apartment look no further, the Meadows is a great place to live for families and retirees like myself. Samantha, Chad and the entire staff keep the Meadows clean and safe. Speaking from the heart this is a great place to live.

Kind and helpful staff, great apartments, and newly growing community! We really love living here and have been here for almost four years now. Management when we first moved in was lacking, but since the switch to new management, they have been very communicative and excited to bring more community events to the complex, which we greatly appreciate and love! They are also prompt, knowledgeable, and super helpful with all maintenance issues (we've had very few, but still!), and the trash pickup service is amazing, especially in the winter. We highly recommend giving living here a shot!
