The Meadows at North Richland Hills Apartments

If you are considering moving here please read this, I lived at this apartment complex for nearly 3 years. We terminated our lease early and paid nearly $4,000 in a termination fee to get away from this place. Below is a summary of the primary concerns: • Security concerns: The front gate to the complex has been broken for years. Someone tried to steal our catalytic converter, when I requested help in determining who it was via the cameras I was denied any help. Lately it has felt as if they do not care about who they move into the complex. Many units are disgusting and damaged, one neighbor appears to have destroyed their garage. • Sanitation issues: The dumpster area is consistently overflowing and unsanitary. • Pest infestation: A neighboring unit moving in caused a German cockr

Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate, walls are paper thin, windows have no insulation from sound or weather, so expect 80+ temp in your apartment during the summer. Also expect $600+ electric bill during the summer, our neighbors had the same experience for a 1000 sq ft apartment. Management changes some rules and threatens fines and lease violations on a whim, especially regarding trash. At least once a week several police cars, and fire trucks show up. Long story short- don't live here. Location is convenient, but not worth all of the headaches. The units aren't even nice- everything is just painted over (even the jets IN the bathtub- why?). After a week and a half of waiting (after moving in) I haveI finally had my washer and dryer installed by Mister and Carlos (both of whom were very nice and professional). I kind of feel like having to wait a week and a half and accumulating dirty clothes is a big issue (of which has been ignored by the management as I’ve been told it just be a few more days just a few more days; that type of energy is unacceptable). Also, there was some things on my initial check which still hasn’t been addressed (these are small issues so I’m OK for now with the lack of attention). In a nutshell, I am happy to have my washer and dryer and I’m happy to have met Mister and Carlos as they are relatable people; Lastly, I am happy to begin my life here in North Richland Hills, Texas, as I’ve just moved here f

Stopped by in hopes of finding my new home. I had a great experience at The Meadows at North Richland Hills! The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and in a super convenient location close to everything I need. The grounds are kept clean, and I really appreciate how quiet and comfortable the atmosphere is. The office staff were professional, friendly, and responsive whenever I had questions. Overall, it feels like a safe and welcoming place to call home. I would definitely recommend The Meadows to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment community in North Richland Hills.

I would like to acknowledge the maintenance team. They do a very well job on servicing these apartments. Every work order or issue that I have they on been on it and very professional and keep you updated on the situation. From the time I had my flood back in October of 2025 they were here from 3 pm to after midnight when I was getting ready for work and they were still here. Making sure everything was back in order!!! Well done and awesome job maintenance team your the best in my book!!!
