The Meadows at ChampionsGate Apartments

We really wanted to love this place. Our issues started immediately after we applied to the apartment. Claudia was completely useless, called us two days before moving ACROSS COUNTRY to tell us they weren’t able to kick out the prior renters and our apartment wasn’t ready. Essentially making us homeless, we had to argue with her to “allow” us to move in after 5pm on the day our lease started. Somehow us not having a place to live in a new state with our child was an inconvenience to her. Unfortunately due to her telling us we had no apartment ready we had to push out the date of all of our items being delivered and paid out of pocket at an air b&b for two days; we never asked the meadows for a penny.Then we moved in. Such a nice & peaceful community , it’s been complete one year here with my family . Our first community in Florida . Staff is very professional and helpful in every manner . Support service staff is awesome . Always helpful & on time . I have no idea why people rated low , In my opinion it’s truly 5 star rated community. Thank You guys to be so awesome. Keep doing great work with great care & professionalism.

It’s been a great experience living here. Andreina has been so helpful. From the start she’s helped my mom and I by answering all of our questions and providing us with ample details about resources and the community. She’s an asset to the team. Overall, living at the Meadows at Champion Gate has been a treat and quite peaceful. The maintenance team is FAST and super friendly and professional. We are happy and excited to be a part of such a wonderful community. God bless.

Andreina is literally my angel. She helped me and my family find the perfect apartment for us. Her kindness stuck with us. She’s very welcoming and very sweet! We love our new apartment and this is all thanks to her!! She is an amazing human being and very very helpful. She explained everything in detail, very honest and she’s very knowledgeable. Avoid Living Here – Constant Scams and Poor Management This is not a home; it feels more like a trap. From day one, there have been constant issues. You can’t even move out without the risk of your car being towed—they seem to look for any excuse to charge you. It’s clear they’re running daily scams. The office staff, especially Adriana, is rude, unhelpful, and lacks any real communication or compassion. They’re not here to support residents—only to make things harder. The walls are paper-thin; you hear everything all day and night. Upon moving in, they even tried to get us to pay to install tile. I always paid my bills on time and kept to myself, yet living here still felt stressful and frustrating. It doesn’t feel like home—it feels like jail. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhe
