The Meadows Apartments

I love living here @The Meadows. I have been living here for 9 years and Ramsey, the office manager is the very best manager we’ve had. She’s always very helpful! Always takes care of my needs promptly and very concerned about me. She has a Great attitude! I am so thankful she is our property manager now. Just yesterday morning I submitted a work order and by the afternoon our new maintenance guy Jason had taken care of my kitchen lighting issues. He not only fixed the problem he CLEANED SPOTLESS the light cover. This morning my kitchen is so bright. Thank you both for taking care of us and the property. 🙏🏼💜💙

My daughter has to move quickly. We met Ramsey and she was amazing! She helped us get everything she needed quickly and ensured a smooth move in date. She came by while we were moving in and checked on us and has since scheduled med on my daughter a few times! Ramsey is great at what she does and makes you welcomed! The Meadows is the perfect apartment community! Highly recommend checking it out!

Moved in a year ago and it has been wonderful! The Leasing agent Ramsey is awesome! She's always available and easy to contact and she is quick to find solutions. The maintenance system and the maintenance technician is also amazing and quick responding. Love living here!!

I'll start off by saying that Ramsey was nice enough, so no problems with her. However, the entire application process is ridiculous. First you pay $60 per person over 18 and then an "administration fee" of $75 and then a deposit of $250. This is all before you even find out if you're approved. We were told there was 1 two bedroom available amd there was a guy trying to rent it for a couple of his construction guys for a shorter term lease so if we went ahead and applied and we're approved, we would get it since we wanted a longer term lease and supposedly they preferred that. Well we got a call that my credit was great but my husband had a utility bill on his credit and we informed them that it was fraudulent and was under investigation. We sent proof that it was in dispute and they sent
