Kiliana Padgett was my realtor for selling my house this past fall. She was extremely helpful throughout the process by giving suggestions of what I should do to prepare the house to be sold, fixing a starting selling price and then negotiating with the prospective buyers. I listed my house at the beginning of August which is considered after the prime season but Kiliana did several open houses and other methods to spread the word.
