The complex is marketed as a luxury apartment community with attractive amenities, and they also promote a non‑smoking environment. I moved in during early May 2025 and have consistently experienced marijuana odors throughout the day and night, nearly every day. Despite submitting multiple reports to management, the issue remains unresolved with no indication of meaningful progress. Even my delivery driver mentioned the smell to me. Cigarette smoke has also been noticeable, though less frequently. Additionally, many residents do not clean up after their pets, resulting in unpleasant views from lower‑level windows. I was looking for a new place to live in Goodyear and stopped by The Maxx. I was greeted by the most professional person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her name is Nicole Pratt. I was given a tour and all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision. The property and staff were all top notch!

I enjoy living at The Maxx 159!!! The property has an amazing Office and Maintenance team that responds promptly. Any questions, concerns, or request are taken seriously and addressed. I’ve been here coming up on a year and I plan to renew!!!

Bryce and Chris are total Rockstars! Best maintained team around! They are always so nice and polite. Work is always done to great standards.

This is truly the best place to live. The best staff I’ve ever interacted with at an apartment complex. Always so warm and welcoming and quick to assist. If something is broken they are super quick to fix it! The facility is always clean and beautiful. The people around are nice and friendly. My husband and I are glad we resigned our lease here
