The Maxwell Apartments

Toured the facility and the apartment with my daughter and I have to say that the Maxwell is gorgeous! The apartment itself was amazing and Leah gave a fantastic tour. This has to be one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve seen. The neighborhood is immaculate and quiet. If you’re looking for a luxury apartment, at a good price, and in a safe area, you can’t go wrong with the Maxwell!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Do not recommend this apartment complex. The random fire alarms, trash and poop everywhere even bird poop piling in the back patio of my place after having to always clean because birds would fly in and we try to prevent them from coming in we receive a warning about us keeping the birds out. I mean for a pregnant woman baby and dog I am trying to keep us out of harms way due to this violation of safety hazard, and also the inconsistent charges monthly is something tenants should be aware of. On top of the wiring issues they have it lead to the elevator not working half of the time.. was really frustrating. Really stressful to have stayed there the past couple of years being pregnant, kids, and stressing for pets. On top of the building smelling like weed and cigarettes which they say smok

I have just moved in The Maxwell and have had a great experience. Leah has been exceptionally helpful with the move in process, responded quickly, and provided me with a lot of guidance. Leah and her team have been amazing and the property and amenities are beautiful!

I toured The Maxwell over the weekend and spent a full hour speaking with Leah, who was incredibly generous with her time and knowledge. During our in-depth conversation, she walked me through the property’s policies, procedures, and various “what if” scenarios with clarity and transparency. Leah’s responses were not only detailed but also honest, which gave me a strong sense of trust in the management team. I’ve had a great experience at The Maxwell! The staff really make a difference here. Leah is always super friendly and helpful, Jose does an awesome job keeping everything clean, and Tony is quick and reliable whenever something needs fixing. You can tell they actually care about the residents. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like home. I’d definitely recommend The Maxwell to anyone looking for a great community and team that goes above and beyond!
