I cannot emphasize enough my displeasure with Marshall Berch Bolst Realty. Connor Allread was my real estate agent and he put forth no energy toward the sale of my property and wasted two months of my valuable sale time. He never had an open house, no balloons and no adjacent house for sale signs. They posted HORRIBLE pictures of my house and they never followed up on Zillow to make sure it was posted correctly, which it was not. Instead of trying to sell my house for the listed price, he continually badgered me to lower the asking price. When I realized that Connor was not working for me, which he admitted. I then reached out to Marshall Berch the broker for help with the situation, and he would not even return my call! Don't waste your time with these folks get some professionals. Mark
