I moved into this building about two months ago, and honestly it has been a terrible experience so far. For the amount of rent being charged here, the quality of living is extremely disappointing. First, there is dog waste everywhere around the building and common areas. For a property that charges thousands of dollars in rent, basic cleanliness should not be an issue. Second, the walls and floors are unbelievably thin. You can hear absolutely everything your neighbors do when they talk, when they walk, and even heavy footsteps from the apartment above. Late at night or early in the morning it literally sounds like someone is walking inside your own apartment. There is basically no privacy at all. The other night around 9 p.m., my neighbor even knocked on the wall because they could hea

Luxury on the surface only. I’ve never experienced this kind of noise level in any apartment building. Management does little to address the matter. I can hear my neighbors stomping around for hours, pushing furniture around, slamming doors and leaving their dog unattended at all hours of the day and night. When you ask the concierge to address a noise concern directly with a tenant, they tell you that they can’t do anything about it. Never once have I experienced this over the years renting in luxury complexes. They also don’t seem to be enforcing their pet policy with a 50lb weight limit for dogs which adds to the problem making the apartment shake when someone plays fetch with their big dog in their apartment. In addition to the noise issues, the fire alarm goes off at least once a mon

I honestly don’t usually write reviews, but after seeing some of the unfair bashing this apartment complex has received, I felt like I had to say something. First off — the noise complaints are wildly exaggerated. The walls actually do a great job of blocking out sound. Is it completely silent 100% of the time? Of course not. This is an apartment complex, not a music studio built with professional-grade soundproofing materials. You might occasionally hear normal living noise, but that’s part of shared community living. The overall noise level here is minimal and completely reasonable. Some of the reviewers complaining about “unbearable noise” seriously need to recalibrate their expectations. If you expect total silence, you probably shouldn’t be living in an apartment building. The reali

Currently live on the 6th floor of the building. I have been living for 8 months so far. Lot of noise issues presented by my fellow neighbors has not been an issue for me (not having a neighbor upstairs is a huge factor). Community events like thanksgiving/holiday parties have been wonderful (although management can do a better job creating ground rules for some games since last two ladies that were competing each other for ball toss killed the holiday spirit. At least for me.). Dog owners also need to do better job picking up potty around the property. Try walking along the sidewalks of the building (front and back) and you can see there is a dog poop every other step. Building offers free poop bag so there shouldn't be any issues. Water pressure issue can be fixed easily by replacing

Walls are thin but not that thin. If you can hear your neighbor’s noise, it means your neighbors are making a lot of noise. I have multiple neighbors, but only one neighbor bothers me. They’re a couple who fights a lot and don’t seem to have a job, as they keep playing loud music or shows at night until 5 a.m. They treat their home like a Dolby movie theater and thinking they’re so quiet as they live on 6th floor. What kind of wall would be needed to filter that kind of noise out? Not to mention they are playing loudly at night past 10 p.m. I have reached out to the leasing office and am waiting for a response. I know a few other neighbors are not happy with them. They need to face consequences immediately.
