9/27 Hurricane Helene caused leaking in our roof. Maintenance comes and drills holes so the ceiling won’t collapse. Front office notifies that they will have a crew come fix it on 10/21. 10/21 We arrange dog care, make plans around having workers in our home. No call no show, have to call the office to find out that the crew cancelled. 10/24 Maintenance enters without permission while my fiancee is in the shower. Illegal, dangerous, and incredibly rude. 10/27 Maintenance comes to “cut the drywall out” to “make it easier on the drywall contractors.” Now we have half our ceiling missing, insulating strewn all over the floor, rodents, and health issues from the loose insulation. They claim they will have it fixed by 11/9, which is 42 days after the initial incident. They have refused

The managers are condescending and rude and if you have actual problems they don’t fix them in a timely manner, not properly communicate with you during maintenance requests. The walls arent thick enough and every noise from outside and above can be heard, don’t get a bottom end unit as they have the ac systems outside your bedroom window and if they aren’t working properly (like in dealing with) you’ll be told they are fine: they’re not. Maintenance doesn’t know how to properly fix drains, took 3 times and it still looks bad. I regret moving in here already and I’ve only been here 4 months

Moved in 3 weeks ago. One problem after another. Candi is incredibly rude. We are currently dealing with sewage erupting from a pipe in the laundry room. We have a shower that cannot be used because the plumbing isn't reinforced. A broken burner on the cooktop. Had to call someone to remove the 4 inches of lint visibly protruding from the dryer vents. My movers were harassed and threatened. It's a Ball property. Read the reviews about Ball, The Marq, and Candi. Don't think it will be different for you because it won't be. Just look at the picture. The only reason there are two stars is because the layout is actually nice.

Friendly staff, brand new units that are nice once you clean up the construction mess. Pool is amazing as well as a fitness room for some cardio and light weights. Piss poor parking design as there's not even enough parking for all the units if they have 1-2 cars. Most nights get home from work and have to park up at clubhouse or by mailbox and walk a good distance in the rain. Would help if the morons with garages actually utilized them.

During my final month at this place, I was treated very poorly. The contract required me to provide a 60-day notice if I planned to move out; otherwise, I would be penalized with two months’ rent for failing to notify them on time. Unfortunately, I was late on my rent during my last month because I intended to pay the full amount, including any late fees, by the end of the month. Despite my plan to settle everything, they moved forward with filing an eviction against me in court and only informed me on the very day they were taking action. Their communication throughout the process was terrible. I experienced ongoing issues with my email and mailbox key, which wasn’t working, making it difficult to stay informed.
