The Mill at Georgetown Apartments

We moved in at the end of summer 2024 and have been very happy. The front desk staff, open floor layouts, and the amenities were why we chose the Mill. The staff is amazing! I have found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. The layout of the 2 bedroom townhouse is much better than others we had found. The amenities cannot be beat and they take good care of them. I would definitely recommend the Mill!

My partner and I moved in last week, The Mill is absolutely amazing. Bailey was extremely helpful during the application process and the move in was a breeze. We also stopped in to look at the property, Samantha was so nice and let us look at the model. If you’re considering living at The Mill, you won’t regret it. The community and staff are wonderful!

Best apts. in Georgetown love the pool area that we have in the summer time . The front seat are so sweet and always helps either way anything we need. Also the maintenance are very helpful and quick anytime we have had a problem they have been right there to help us. Also a plus it is pet friendly.

I have stayed here twice while on an internship with Toyota (3.5 months each). The apartments are nice and updated, I don’t have any complaints about the apartments themselves. Good amenities (Pool, Gym). Bailey was my main contact to the main office and always tried to be helpful whenever there was issues, helped through the leasing process and answered questions. The reason for the three stars is the way they have their short term leasing set up and a couple small issues. Because my internship terms are 3.5 months, I have to get a 4 month lease. I would expect that the shorter your lease is, the higher the per-month price is. This is the way it works here with a 1-month lease being the highest and going down as the length increases. I would give The Mill at Georgetown a 10 star rating if it was possible. I was a resident for 4 years and recently had to move. I miss my "HOME". I miss seeing the neighbors I became friends with and the office staff; Samantha, Bailey, Josh and Allen. They are absolutely wonderful to work with. Every community has their own set of things people can find to complain about. I loved meeting new neighbors and I was proud to live there. It's very quiet there, little slice of heaven in the city limits. Best kept community secret if you ask me. Keep up the GREAT work. Hope to be able to come back there to live in the near future.
