The Marina at Martha Lake

I have been living in Marina at Martha Lake for the last one & half years now. I really like this place. Peaceful and convenient. Especially the team. Whenever there is any maintenance issue or any other kind of issue I can just reach out to them. Gowthami who works at the office. She really helped me out on multiple matters. Last time she helped me find two nice parking for my friends. Overall I would say if anyone is looking for a place I would recommend this one for sure.

Anthony is, without question, the most outstanding maintenance professional at the Marina at Martha Lake. He consistently goes beyond simply resolving the reported issue; he proactively inspects for any potential future concerns, ensuring long-term reliability and preventing recurring problems. The management here is great to work with, and they will handle issues and repairs very quickly. Shoutout to Gowthami, Cuzay, and Tony. This felt like a fairly safe place for our kids, and be park and pool and gym were great amenities. Parking was a little bit tight and it always felt like the parking lot was very crowded. The layout of the apartment seemed fine. And everything else worked really well

I really like the community, especially the location and the storage options. Gowthami was very patient and took the time to answer all the questions we had. The whole experience was smooth, and we felt comfortable throughout the process. Thanks so much!

I called last minute on a Saturday to see if they had any availability and Gowthami The leasing agent was able to get me in right then and then! Gowthami made me feel right at home, she was probably the most welcoming leasing agent I have come into contact with in our apartment search! I have to wait for the rest of my family to see the unit but as far as I'm concerned I'm sold just on my customer service experience and the kindness of Gowthami
