The pros of living here are the maintenance crew, the cleaning lady, and the people in the leasing office are always friendly and willing to help you. The cons: the main reason I moved was because you can hear everything from the walls. the rooftop is always smelling like weed when no smoking is allowed, and it gets pretty ghetto on the weekends. Drunk people always drive up to the 5th floor (where I lived) on the weekend and are careless. The towing company they hired don’t care about your car, they damaged mine and I’ve seen a couple reviews say the same thing. Finally, I got charged around $700 in move out fees, I got charged $150 just in a “no attempt to clean” fee and I uploaded pictures of how I left the apartment so y’all can make your own judgement on that. I also uploaded picture
The community is….lively!! The overall living experience for me was awkward and filled with mixed feelings. This is my own personal experience with the apartment, and others may or may not agree with me! I'd like to start with what I liked about the apartment: it has great 24/7 night security, and a cleaning and maintenance team. However, there were several negatives: - Not enough parking space for residents or guests. So be prepared for predatory towing company to tow your or your guest’s car. - Many residents lack consideration for others, speeding through the parking garage or leaving trash behind. - A constant stream of unknown people in and out of the community, especially during summer pool parties. While I don't mind parties, these guests often leave garbage everywhere, and some
I truly loved my time living at The Margaret and can confidently give it five stars. From the beautiful amenities—including the rooftop pool—to the unbeatable location, everything about this community made it a great place to call home. As a locator, I’ve seen many properties, and The Margaret stands out for both quality and overall experience. I also want to give a special shout-out to Tyler, who assisted me countless times and was always wonderful to work with. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely made the experience even better! I highly recommend The Margaret to anyone looking for a well-managed community with great amenities and an excellent location.
I’ve lived at The Margaret for about 4 months now and I’m truly pleased with my experience overall. Sure, the amenities are good like the pool with an amazing view or the gym or the new market in the lounge area with a great selection of foods and personal items but this isn’t about that. What was most important to me when looking for a place was a responsive and helpful staff, a safe place I would be comfortable inviting loved ones to visit and quiet. Now I can’t speak to units facing the busier side of the building near the bridge, but my unit has been nothing short of peaceful on the other side. I’m used to uptown noise and a white noise machine can work wonders so no issues there. I get home later in the evenings and always see security outside which brings peace of mind. Last but not
My first year living here was generally a positive experience, especially since I was the first tenant to move into my unit. The environment was peaceful and clean, and I truly enjoyed that initial sense of comfort. My only concern during that time was the issue of irresponsible dog owners allowing their dogs to remain unleashed. A dog attempted to attack mine and the owner distracted on her phone. This caused additional stress and trauma for my dog, who has previously been attacked, and the leasing office did not take action to address the problem. Now he has constant aggression here. That said, Sam at the leasing office was consistently welcoming and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. (She’s is no longer here) After renewing my lease, my second year has been extremely disappointing.
