The Manors

My family and I have been living at this complex for 2 years now. Management has upgraded and I can confidently say it has been a lovely place to live, hence this review. Quick and easy walk to the office where Jason is always down to help when needed. Maintenance available for assistance as well, on call 24/7 for emergencies. Friendly and peaceful community aside from NY being NY but 10/10 recommend :) and they are pet friendly!

Manors is an affordable apartment complex to rent in this volatile environment. Jayson gave me a tour of the Manors apartment in Pomona and he was really wonderful. He explained all the process really well and we would love to move in as soon as we get an opening. The place looks pretty clean too!

Maintenance at the Manors Apartment s is super great. My deck was falling they fixed right away. Needed a paint job in bathroom done right away. Plowing snow done before we leave for work etc. so much good I can say about The Manors management.

The Manors gave me a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. Jaison very eagerly helped me out and was very responsive during the whole tour. He was also very attentive to my considerations and I am actively considering to move to Manors

Not sure where all the 5star comments come from but it has to be staff! This place can use some TLC. The apartments are not that bad, they’re actually pretty spacious, maintenance is responsive and the grounds are usually well kept. However the common areas, lobby entrances are disgusting! They smell bad, roaches/bugs are everywhere and the carpets need to be changed out or removed.
