I recently toured and I was really impressed! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. Overall, it felt like a place that’s cared for and that residents would be happy to call home. Definitely one of the best tours I’ve had!

Living here feels unsafe because management allows aggressive dogs to run loose on the property with no accountability even though I have video proof. My neighbor constantly lets their aggressive dogs run loose, and they have lunged at my family multiple times. I've complained to management over 5 times (in person, by email, and phone) with video proof, yet nothing has been done. The one time they responded, they only gave me a generic assurance, and since then, I've been completely ignored while the problem gets worse every day. These dogs are outside my door at all hours of the day and night, loose and aggressive, and when on the leash, they are clearly uncontrollable, and it feels unsafe to even walk out of my apartment. I have been a resident for 10+ years and this has been this worse I’ve seen this place. The management is there just for the name of it. No action is ever taken. It’s not like rent is $2,500.00 (close to $4k) you’re paying luxury prices for a trashy place. Recently they came out with this new parking rule if you don’t have a blue sticker you can’t park in front of your unit (not even in handicap). I never received an email or any other form of notification in regard to this new policy. I woke up to go to work and no warning on my vehicle except it was TOWED! Almost $400 later and hours late to work with several calls to the office to find out what towing company took my car. Living here has been such a great experience. From my initial move in I was introduced to Roy the maintenance supervisor. He has been consistent with how reliable he is. My hot water wasn’t working & I was a bit hesitant to reach out due to the time it was and he came within minutes to fix the issue, as well as having to change my locks, air filters etc. I am so appreciative of not only his efficiency but also his kindness, respectfulness and professionalism. It’s reassuring to know I live in a community where maintenance is very reliable & around people who help create a safe environment. I have nothing but positive things to say. Roy certainly is an asset to have in our community.

Really enjoyed touring the property! The staff was welcoming, the community looked great, and the apartments were beautiful.
