The Manors at Forestbrook Townhomes- Lewisville

I have been trying to get into one of the townhomes here because I love the design, but there is literally no communication! No one answers the phone or calls back, no one is ever at office during the listed business hours. I talked to someone once and was told the wait list is extremely long, ok so why are you all still allowing people to even inquire! Why not close the sales office if you can’t offer a townhome. I asked how long would I be on waitlist and was given a I don’t know , no one knows when another phase of townhomes will be built, no one has any type of info besides saying there’s a waitlist. Ok so I guess I’m supposed to wait with no reassurance. I was told to literally keep calling! What type of business does that. Why would I have to keep calling ? You work there and she hav

I wanted to buy this townhome, but I didn't (although the market is crazy/ the staff is nice) Because the builder doesn't allow final walk-through with my agent. WHY???? Think about the purpose of final walkthrough. Why do I hire the agent when he/she can't do with me?

Beautiful Townhomes!! Perfect Location!! Gated Community with low HOA’S, great incentives. You will want to make The Manors At Forestbrook your new residence.

Homes are beautiful but hastily put together. The entrance gates break down regularly. Neighbors very friendly and the location is convenient.

As a first time homebuyer, I wish I would’ve chosen a different, more reputable builder. Certainly a lesson learned.
