Unfortunately, we have to submit this review due to a continuing issue dealing with an ongoing landscape irrigation/water leak, and general esthetics of depleted landscape rock at Gallery Indian Springs. All photos taken yesterday, 2-27-2025. Photos of the irrigation leak are located on the slope (just to the right) of our community entry to Gallery Indian Springs. We first noticed and emailed to Management Trust on 11-15-2024. Nothing has changed. Been going on for months. Water continues to overflow down the slope depleting the landscape rock, and depositing sand/silt onto the sidewalk at Westward Ho drive. This is water waste! The landscape rock has been dilapidated for the last couple of years, and this continuing issue doesn't bode well for this particular area which already looks egr

This is by far the worst HOA management company I’ve experienced. Communication is extremely poor, follow-through is virtually nonexistent, and emails frequently go unanswered. There are ongoing major issues in the community, and with my building yet maintenance and responsiveness do not reflect the $500 monthly fee residents are paying. If you discover this company manages your HOA, I strongly recommend doing your research before moving forward.
