John was very helpful, even before we were ready to list our house. We meet with him months before we put house on market and he gave us advice on the market and what to do to prepare the house for sell. After our house was listed John also kept us up to date on the showings. As a contract was being finalized, he would drop by the house to make sure all was ok with the property (very thoughtful). The Mamo team, in their office, was also very professional and right on top of all the aspects of the sell. Through each step I was very confident that I was in great hands. I can’t say enough positive things about John and his team. My father had passed away and since none of us lived in the area, we were at a loss as to where to even start. I met John first, and he had such warmth and knowledge that I told my siblings I think I found our realtor. When they met him, they felt the same. The complications that arise when you’re trying to sell a house in a state that you don’t live in are overwhelming. Well, they would have been except for John and his team. Everything from recommending workers and following up on our behalf was taken care of and we felt so much at ease.
