We highly and enthusiastically recommend Laura Varner-Norcross for real estate sales. Laura came out and evaluated our home, the suggested asking price was 55,000 above what the previous well-known local realtor suggested. In the end we received 50,000 above the prior estimate. Laura also contacted us today, 3 weeks after the sale to check if we remembered to cancel our homeowners insurance. She goes over and above, even after the home is sold. We can't thank her enough.
