The Majestic at Downtown Baldwin Park

I’ve absolutely enjoyed my time living here. New broad street is such a good family atmosphere. The location is unmatched. The management at the Majestic I cannot speak anymore highly of. Especially Eduardo. Anything you need help with he is in the ball with. Timely responses, and always eager to help. As for the maintenance team they’re absolutely phenomenal. Any issue you have they respond same day. After hours they respond within an hour. Unbelievable customer service here. I highly recommend living here. I is bitter sweet moving out and had it not of been because of upsizing into a town home I’d gladly resign here.

I have been asking for my security deposit for over 2 months and there has been no call back from the office or the accounting team. I left the apartment in immaculate shape and the manager confirmed my apartment was checked out good and still nothing. Countless calls asking and checking on my refund for my security deposit and nothing, and no one will follow up.

There have been so many things gone wrong for me here. Starting with holes in my ceiling, trying to stress to the apartment management that this needed to be fix asap. They didn’t do it until my floor was full of water. Then a few months go by, everything is fine, my neighbor moves out and I have a roach infestation. Hundreds. I have to put up my cats food because they are laying babies in there. I finally get that under control by myself (sealing up any holes under the baseboards in kitchen - which I saw them go under, putting out bait traps with poison, etc) - because if you ask maintenance to help they will come by *only on fridays* and spray roach spray in your dishwasher, then leave. Still have a roach here and there, and now is my final straw with this apartment complex. My apartmen

Cannot say enough good things about the Majestic at Baldwin Park. Units have beautiful high ceilings, location is excellent, maintenance is friendly and accommodates any issues quickly. Joy, the leasing agent, was always warm and friendly. She was very flexible with some requests I had and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Wish I could stay longer. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Winter Park/Baldwin Park area, definitely check out the Majestic.

I love living at The Majestic. The manager, Joi, was truly a joy to work with! She was extremely helpful in getting me into the apartment I wanted. The maintenance staff is quick to respond, and very friendly too. And the location is awesome, close to great restaurants, Winter Park, & downtown. I looked at several apartment complexes in Baldwin Park & Winter Park, but nothing came close to The Majestic. All the residents are really friendly, and always say hello. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else in Orlando!
