The Madison Apartments

No review has to ever be permanent. My previous review can now be amended as I believe this place is turning for the better. I am reasonably hopeful as the new property manager is making every attempt to right the former wrongs. I do believe they are making the right adjustments for their tenants and am hopeful that this continues! Thank you to the new property manager who is making her efforts clear and intentions known.

If I could give Madison less than 0 stars — even worse, negative infinity I absolutely would. This place is beyond unprofessional, and honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with housing. First of all, whenever you ask questions, the answers you get back are absolute garbage. They can’t even provide proper responses, it’s like they don’t care at all. The pool was closed the entire year, and we were never given any explanation nothing, no updates, no notice, just closed. The grass is never cleaned, always dirty, always full of dead leaves. When it rained, because I lived on the ground floor, water would constantly leak in through my balcony window. I sent message after message, made calls, even video calls, begging them to fix it. Do not rent here! They hire stupid property managers that can’t answer simple questions. They don’t post nor take rent on time the whole company is just confused and backwards. The rent isn’t even consistent. Don’t even think about using amenities either, the gym is hot as hell and been hot as hell the air doesn’t work!Pool never opens! And good luck getting your packages on time half the time the office “manager” doesn’t even send the code out to get into the room. When they come to collect trash they drag the bags down the stairs which causes the bags to rip and they just leave what falls out the bag in the hallway. Just dirty and unprofessional do not move here.

Candace is amazing! She made the transition to my new home smooth. She is very responsive and helpful. New tenant since 11/14.

Absolutely furious with management, maintenance, and false promises… I moved into this complex hoping for a fresh start, but the experience has been a nightmare from day one. I have spoken to management multiple times about logging into the payment portal, which I have not been able to access since I moved in. How the hell am I supposed to make maintenance requests or pay my bills? The chaos started when the management switched hands during my move-in, and nothing has improved since.
