The Madison Apartments at Canyons

I lived at The Madison Apartments for over a year, and it was a quite the rollercoaster of emotions. My move-in was promising, but my departure, and honestly, the time in-between, was just… average, and not luxurious. Initially, the place was quiet, with hardly anyone around. The advertised amenities were perfect (gym, sauna, pool, free charging stations) all decently available. The staff back then were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. However, that changed with shifting ownership and a growing lack of care. I've been living at The Madison for a few months now & have had a great experience. We moved from out of state and Molly our leasing agent was so helpful! Anytime I've had a problem with billing or maintenance there was a quick response and help from the office and maintenance team. The staff here is so friendly and we love/utilize the amenities often! Not to mention the walking paths and abundance of nature right outside your window. Our view is amazing! Highly recommend The Madison.

Molly was so helpful throughout the whole process of signing my lease. She truly made everything easy and made it feel like the best decision for me. The community is absolutely stunning and I am excited to call this new place home!

Huge shoutout to Langston, the maintenance supervisor here, he’s awesome. Super respectful, fast, & just really good at what he does. Anytime we submit something, it’s usually fixed by the next day. My wife feels totally comfortable with him coming in, which is a big deal because she’s a stay at home mom. Leasing staff is also great & easy to work with, & the property is always really clean & well taken care of. Honestly just a solid place to live you can tell they care about the residents & the property.

We have been so pleased with the staff here at The Madison Canyon Lands in Castle Pines and we haven’t even moved in yet. They have gone above and beyond 100 times over to help us through multiple months and going through the process as we had to wait to move in until our lease was up! Leah has been our main contact person that we have been working with and she has made everything so easy, followed up, and should receive a raise for all her hard work!! :) Bailey, Hannah and the rest of the staff are very friendly as well and if you’re here looking at an apartment you will be in great hands! Please do yourself a favor and come meet the staff, take a tour, and see if this is the property is for you! It definitely is for us!
