Shawn did an amazing job at our home inspection for the new house that we want to buy. He looked at stuff that I wouldn't even have thought to check. He spent 4 hours there! His inspection was informative and very throughly done. Thanks Shawn!

Shawn is awful. He did an inspection on our flipped house and red lined items like the sinking chimney but TOTALLY missed the major foundation issues. In his report he even stated that he 'believed the house was done moving'. 6 months after we bought/ moved in we started seeing cracks show up in the walls and ceilings. Fast forward to getting two different structural engineers in to look at it and they were both shocked that Shawn had missed the "glaring and obvious major cracks' in the crawl space and that he did not speak strongly to us about the issues. Sean was called and refused to honor any of the claims on his website that back him as an inspector. He refused to contact his insurance company and put a claim in and when I started crying he laughed at me. This is THE WORST INSP
