The Maddux at Shadowood

Just toured The Maddux at Shadowood Apartments and it was a vibe. The 2-bedroom floor plan was super nice and spacious, and the gym was actually legit and well kept. Quint showed me around and he was real cool and professional at the same time. Super easy to talk to, knew his stuff, and made the tour smooth. Definitely recommend asking for Quint if you go check it out.

Just moved into this complex and my experience has already been terrible. I’m giving it zero stars. Recently, all four wheels were stolen off my car while it was parked inside the parking garage. The garage has a locked gate, which makes the situation even more concerning and honestly very unsettling. It makes me question how something like this could happen in what’s supposed to be a secured area. I feel extremely unsafe knowing this occurred inside the property. It’s very alarming and gives the impression that this may have been an inside job. If you’re considering living here, please be aware and take extra precautions. This experience has left me feeling scared and disappointed. You have been warned...

I had an excellent tour at The Maddux at Shadowood. The team was professional, attentive, and very informative throughout the visit. They have certainly moved to the top of my considerations during my apartment search. The Property Manager, Jason Ivy, kindly took the time to discuss the community’s activities and the comprehensive safety measures in place. I look forward to making my final decision.
