(0/5 stars) I cannot even put into words how TERRIBLE this apartment is. I don’t recommend anyone ever stepping foot into this apartment complex with nothing less than a hazmat suit. When we first moved in we had roaches that the Ave never addressed and we were told if we wanted the issue fixed we needed to hire an exterminator ourselves. Secondly, we were never provided a fire extinguisher for YEARS creating a fire hazard and our calls were never addressed. We moved in with furniture that was broken and the mattresses were stained and used. The walls were stained and had mold like appearances in the corners. The floors were scratched from previous tenants animals. There was trash from the previous tenets scattered all around the house and food that was still in the fridge. None of these i

When I first moved in, the apartment was in very poor condition, I’ve included photos below to show exactly how it looked. There were even empty liquor bottles left in the cabinets from the previous tenants. On top of that, when I moved out, I was charged fees that I don’t believe were fair. Overall, my experience here was very disappointing, and I would not recommend leasing at this property.

Staff is pretty unprofessional. They got bought out by new management and a lot of things changed. If you have any questions don’t email, they don't respond. If you go in person they will have an attitude. Apartments aren’t terrible as long as you have no issues which you will. I’ve literally had the staff roll their eyes at me for asking questions.

This year is my third year living here and I have never had a front office associate work with me like Lexie did. She is quick with responses, treats you like a best friend, stays professional, and knows what she’s doing. Anytime I have an issue I know who to ask for before i get a manager involved. She has helped me so much over the past few months. All around just a genuine sweet lady who has my back here. If you have the chance to ask for her, she is the best and will take care of you!

The front desk staff was consistently courteous and did their best to assist us with inquiries. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor were always appreciated, making communication easier. They were great! But we submitted multiple maintenance requests (more than five) for the washer and dryer, yet each time, the issue was either delayed or never properly addressed. It was frustrating to deal with repeated breakdowns, and the lack of action made it clear that maintenance was either understaffed or not a priority. One of the most concerning issues we faced was during a windstorm, when the ceiling of our apartment literally detached and flew away.
