The M by Radius

Great place to live. The leasing staff is such a pleasure to work with. Chelsea was my leasing agent when deciding to move to M by Radius from another state. She went above and beyond to accommodate me when I had delays in moving in. Also, after I moved in she acclimated me to the facility and has been a great help with all questions or issues I had during my residence. If you are thinking about moving to this building you will not be disappointed. Great place to live!

I absolutely love touring with Chelsea!! Her spirit is so welcoming and she answered everything i needed to know with no problem!! My favorite was the high ceiling windows and mirror on the closet door the price is definitely worth it! I love the service there, she made it feel more like I was on tour talking to my friend lol! Even gave me ideas on how I could decorate my studio! Her effort really made me feel even more confident in my decision!

We had great experiences living here for a short period of time. The location was handy. I wasn’t sure if car parks were available for the residents. The rooftop sky deck was a great. Well managed with stunning views of Atlanta skyline. There was a gym and pool at the top floor.

Elevators are down for long, extended periods. Parking garage constantly has issues- whether it be break-ins (10 that I personally counted in person just over the weekend), the gate to the residential part of the garage being broken (its been down for weeks, despite residents paying $50+ monthly to park, anyone can go in there), or the garage elevator being down (Has been down since November 15th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! with no time frame given to residents for repair) so if you have any health or accessibility issues- sucks for you! Paint is always scuffed, trash chute breaks all the time and the halls will smell, you can only do cardio in the gym for 30 minutes during peak times (per email to residents), there is NEVER coffee or anything for the residents in the upstairs lounge and reception can

Lived here for 2 years, I should have learned my lesson after the first. They are nickel and dimers, visiting vehicles are more likely to get broken into than not, and unless you have a recently renovated unit, the appliances and overall appearance of their units is dated and shows considerable wear. I did not receive any security deposits back for either of the two units that I lived in despite treating my apartments with the utmost care and then for the cherry on top, they have been bombarding me with debt collectors saying I have a balance owed that is over $500 for utilities that I refuse to pay. Poorly run operation and advise anyone relocating to look elsewhere.
