The Luxe at Desert Ridge

We have been in our new home for 2 1/2 years. Our floor plan and large patio are amazing. The view of the pool is beautiful and it is an amazing amenity space at the Luxe. The condo units are very quiet! The best part about living here is the friends we have made in our new community. We enjoy walking to the JW Marriott, High Street and the Desert Ridge Marketplace. Living at the Luxe in Desert Ridge is a great way to enjoy Arizona.

My wife and I were one of the first arrivals at the Luxe in March of '22. The construction seems solid. The soundproofing is excellent, as we never hear our neighbors. We love our open floor plan. The lobby is beautiful; the pool and hot tub are huge and amazing; and the gym is well-equipped with high quality machines--though waiting for a leg press machine. We are also pleased with the staff, We especially enjoy the regular parties and gatherings the staff arranges. We find the other tenants to be friendly, as well. We were initially unsure of "vertical living" but we have come to believe we made the right decision by choosing the Luxe. Larry F. Waldman, PhD February 5, 2025

We made the Luxe our home almost a year ago and couldn't have found a better place to spend the rest of our lives. The amenities are top notch, the location has everything you would ever need, and the people in the community are even better.

Would never live here. Went to look at a couple units on the first floor and asked about the amenities for pets. Was basically told that I could not take my dogs out the patio gate because they aren’t allowed to be on the grounds by the condo. Was told that I’d have to walk through the hallways to get to separate exit into one of the few areas that dogs are permitted outside. Do they really think a woman wants to be funneled out into certain areas alone at night, to walk their dogs? How foolish can they be? Aside from the obvious inconvenience of it, it’s not safe either. The Luxe is crossed off the list. Very shortsighted HOA, with too many restrictions.

Just as an FYI. The Building that was located in this spot on the Toscana Property has been demolished several month ago. In it's place now is a Trash Compactor. This was the pre Sales Office for the Luxe Condos. It is now located in the Luxe property.
