I just bought a condo at a Lundgren Property managed building and I am very happy to say that their responsiveness to issues and the meticulous planning to resolve matters has been excellent. Kevin and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with and as a business owner that works with property managers every day I would recommend them to any association.

Worst place to live , run if you can I repeat RUN!!!!! I experienced a security issue and when addressed management responded in a hostile and unprofessional manner, raising her voice and failing to address the security concern. Her conduct caused unnecessary distress and was inconsistent with the standards of professional communication I expect from property management representatives. Highly disappointed, do not recommend !

My experience with Lundgren Management has been frustrating enough that I feel like I need to warn others. At first, everything seems fine — they’re responsive during the leasing process and give the impression of being organized. But that changes the moment you actually need anything from them. Once you're locked into a lease, their concern for tenants completely disappears. Maintenance requests are either ignored or take weeks to be addressed, and when someone finally shows up, it feels like they’re doing the bare minimum just to say they did something. Emails go unanswered, calls are dodged, and if you try to follow up more than once, you're made to feel like you're a nuisance. It’s honestly exhausting. I have lived in a condo managed by Lundgren for almost 20 years and have been extremely pleased with them. They are experienced, responsive, trustworthy, and professional. My building is over 150 years old with a small operating budget, which creates a variety of maintenance and financial challenges that many other properties in our complex (also managed by Lundgren) do not experience. I worked closely with Lundgren during my two terms on our Board, and that experience gave me a much deeper understanding and appreciation of the many services they provide to our association. We have been very fortunate to have their services and support.

I've found Lundgren to be extremely pleasant and helpful as a management company. I lived in a Lundgren managed unit for a year, it wasn't the nicest unit (it's a basement in Boston) but Lundgren was great, responsive to my inquiries, maintenance requests, etc. I moved to a nicer apartment this year (under different management) but then they hit me with a 40% rent hike... I'm returning to my old unit with Lundgren in part because of my positive experience with their management (though I'm also motivated by the better rate for the apartment). When I asked Lundgren to return they were super welcoming and helpful.
