Jodi and Eric were great to work with! They were so helpful with everything and they were always quick with their communication. My house sold within 4 months. Jodi was very close with her estimate of how fast my house may sell. I did have to drop my price a bit, since the market was shaky at the time and interest rates were high, but her advice helped me to sell my house just in time to land my new house! Their photographer was excellent, as well as their marketing. I needed 3 Open Houses before I landed my offer, so they definitely don't mind putting in the work to help you out. I highly recommend working with them if you're in the market to sell, or even buy a home!
