I hired Wilson Roach with The Lucido Team under Keller Williams Real Estate to sell my home in Dallas, TX. Wilson offered to act as sort of a general contractor once I moved out of state. He offered services to be my point of contact to help manage the vendors as they worked in my house. Wilson’s services resulted in thousands of dollars in damages to my home. This resulted in terminating my contract and filing multiple complaints. Wilson showed numerous instances of unethical behavior, lying, lying by omission, vandalism through his hired vendors who poured concrete down my drains, theft from his vendors using his key, false charges, and failure to perform the duties of a realtor under the contract.
