The Louise on Western

When my dad first came to sign the lease, it seems like a good apartment to leave. After he moved in, he realize it was not as friendly as he thought. They’re very nasty and mean to him. Especially the dark skin girl that sit in the front Janiya. Sometimes he will try to have a conversation with them and they will ignore him. They complain about everything. They pick and choose who they want be nice to .Please don’t move your love ones there. You will regret it.

I toured The Louise on Western with my mother. We have been watching the construction of the property for more than a year and we recently. had the opportunity to tour it. It's a beautiful and most of all, it allows an affordable option for seniors to live with dignity and safety. Ms. Roberts has been so helpful with the process of applying. Additionally, Geniya was so thoughtful in giving the tour and Jessica made my mom feel welcome as she thought about The Louise as a future, independent home. Thank you!

Ms. Roberts went above and beyond to coordinate with multiple agencies to assist my dad with securing a beautiful apartment in this lovely neighborhood. She is always professional and pleasant. I am forever grateful!

The property and layout is beautiful and very well located. I loved it. However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that pets are not allowed even though their website does promote that pets are accepted (2 max) with a monthly rent ranging from $25-35/month. As a result, I was not able to move forward with my application.

I expressed an interest in this affordable housing project early on and both the developer, Mr. Vernick, and the agent, Ms. Roberts, have been so kind in answering all my questions and keeping me informed throughout the construction and application process. I am proud to say that I have submitted my application and am praying that I will qualify to live in such a beautiful and thoughtfully managed property, right in the heart of Friendship Heights.
