I lived here. I am not going to sugar coat this. The place sucks and the management sucks even worse. My unit was dirty. They told me it was brand new. Lies. never cleaned my unit, smells of smoke. The upstairs neighbor smokes inside the apartment and the smoke stank all my cloths for months. Management never did anything regarding this. And the place is not even cheap! 1k a month for a low quality studio? Give me a break. Kitchen all humid and falling apart. Not even a microwave is in the unit. The only thing clean was the fridge which appears to be generations ahead of the unit as a whole. The bathroom was horrible, cracked sink and clogged up drains. I had to fix it because their service is deplorable. Cant expect to have maintenance attend urgent matters. The earliest they can help

They look nice from the outside when I passed by there.Do they have any apartments for low income disabled persons that they charge 30 percent of their income?
