The Lookout at Broadmoor Apartments

Staff is super helpful and friendly. They got me into my apartment 1st month free all I had to do was pay a deposit and administrative fee. Which was awesome because I was going through ruff times. I had an excellent view from the 5th floor. My late fee was waved countless times. I especially enjoyed the quiet I experienced from my apartment. Mantience was awesome very friendly, professional and would fix any mantience requests I had within the day or so. Jess is super nice , helpful and friendly. I almost got my entire deposit back which was a blessing.

These guys are shady. I haven’t lived here for 2+ years and just got an email saying that I owe money for an apartment dating back to 2023. On top of that, I never received my security deposit back from them & they stopped answering my calls and emails regarding my money missing. We lived in these apartments for well over 2 years, and had multiple issues with A/C not working in the middle of summer, no heat in the winter and mice infestations. On a positive note, the pool was very nice and clean & Jess in the office was always super helpful.

I lived here for less than 6 months. There were many maintenance issues with the building. The heat and water were turned off multiple times. This is a huge issue during the cold winter months. The hallways smelled like mildew. The elevators would rattle making me feel unsafe to use. The entrance door near the parking lot was always broken or propped open with rocks allowing random people access. Trash piled up near the dumpsters. Communal laundry room has operating hours and the door will be locked. Probably wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend. Best part of living here was they allow short 6 month leases.

Genuinely the worst living experience of my life. I had mice coming through my kitchen cabinets with NO resolution. (Mind you, you PAY FOR PEST CONTROL MONTHLY with no option of opting out) They were eating all my food and maintenance nor pest control ever even came by. I had a bat fly through my fireplace TWICE because there were no screens on the roof to separate your living environment from the elements. I had to get my dog a rabies booster. I asked them to pay for it, which they did but ended up making me pay it back because they lied and said my lease went until January and if I left I would be breaking it. That was untrue. my lease was up in October and when I went into my electronic lease, they had altered it slightly and the dates didn’t even match up. I had to speak with an attorn
